Already 16 days have passed since the arrival of the cargo, however, due to the incompetence of the employees of the Ukrainian office of your company, the cargo has not been received.

Causes:

1 Stubborn reluctance of company representatives communicates with the client by phone. Communication is carried out only by e-mail.

2 The representative of the company responds with a delay of 5 days. And not all the questions posed.

3 Not attentiveness of the staff - we were asked to send the Packinglist three times - we sent it three times, noting that this document had already been sent.

4 We asked three times to tell you where the warehouse is in order to determine how to pick up the goods by self-pickup or by a transport company in 16 days, but did not receive

5 Your representatives promised to provide us with a broker for customs clearance. 13 days have passed and I am asked where is my broker?

Question are your employees all right with their brains?

I have been in business for 45 years and have achieved significant success. But I was the first to face such incompetence and negative attitude.

As a result

1 We are just entering the Chinese market, our range already exceeds 8000 items. In my face, as the largest manicure dealer, you have already lost. And this is thousands of dollars.

2 While the cargo was sailing, the Chinese factory fulfilled the rest of the order for two months. The Chinese are shocked by how your employees perform their duties. We apologize to us for using your services. And I am 100% sure that they will not contact you again. They will also share their experience with other manufacturers. This is how, as a result of the incompetence of several of your employees, your company will lose tens of thousands of dollars and get a stain on its reputation in the Chinese market. And it doesn't matter that all this happened in Ukraine. The fact that it was in Ukraine will be forgotten, and the fact that the management of an international company cannot find competent employees WILL BE REMEMBERED.

If there is such a mess in Ukraine, then where is the guarantee that Budapest or Hong Kong is somehow different.

2 So that the next shipment from China does not face similar difficulties, I turned to several forwarding companies like yours everywhere they answered me by telephone with a willingness to help the client with money. And I told all of them about your methods of work. Although in the last company where I called, they told me that they were familiar with my history. People share how you work. And in order to convince their clients to use EXACTLY their services, they will frighten clients with this story.
