I am working on RehabTruth and keep coming back to a small question about reviews. When you buy salon supplies or book a service, what detail makes a review worth reading? The stars alone dont tell much. A comment about delivery is useful, but it answers a different question than whether the product did what someone expected

Our project deals with US rehab centers, a different subject, though the confusion around ratings feel familiar. We put public ratings beside each other at https://rehabtruth.com/compare. It is a non-commercial reference, not a promise about treatment results.

For me the tricky bit is context: dates, how many reviews there is, and what the person actually describes. A detailed complaint can raise a question without proving the whole story. Same with praise, really. Im curious what you look for first when two sites shows very different ratings for the same place?
