Nitecore UM2

A new model in the line of chargers from Nitecore is the Nitecore UM2. The charger continues the famous smart UM series and supports dual battery charging. Moreover, each channel is charged according to a separate scheme for optimal charging of batteries of different sizes and volumes.

The main difference from its predecessor is the support for USB power supply with “Quick Charge” 2.0 technology. This increases the charging current and shortens the charging time of the batteries. When the “Fast Charge” mode is activated, the output current per channel is 1500 mA, regardless of the batteries. When powered by a conventional USB charger, the maximum charging speed is 1000 mA per channel, even when using 2 batteries at the same time - the charge current is 1A.
